Goat Shanks

  • Our favorite cut of goat.  Easy to master and always impresses.  To braise, rub with salt and spices, add a small amount of liquid (ie. cider, beer, wine, stock) and put in the oven on low heat (approx 250 degrees F).  Come back in about 3 hours for a great meal.
