Ground goat chorizo sausage with 20% pork fat to add sweetness and juiciness.  This is a bulk sausage, not in casings.  Use it for anything and everything.  We like it as meatballs and in our eggs.  Mild spice level.

Seasonings:  Paprika, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cumin, fennel, cayenne pepper, black pepper, sea salt.  All spices are Certified Organic.
